apidoc-edit is a way to edit apidoc XML files through a web interface. The edit application has its own internal database where it stores the objects that it generates apidoc files from.

For the documentents to be incorporated in the documentation set of apidoc they need to be registered as external documents. There is no automatic registration of the documented created by the edit application.
